RETURN AND REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
If you have an issue with an item you purchased from us, please contact us at return@uniquefoodscanada.ca and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
There is a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price plus any freight costs incurred by Unique Foods (Canada) Inc. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
We have a limited 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number or “RA#” issued by Unique Foods (Canada) Inc.
You can submit a return request by contacting us with the item(s) you want to return us and the reason of the return at return@uniquefoodscanada.ca.
- Your Purchase Order Number or our Invoice number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don’t have any, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request
- We will issue a Return Authorization number or “RA#” and then schedule a date for the return with one of our warehouses located near you.
- Include our RA# with the return shipment. This is to ensure that you receive the correct refund. We ask that the item(s) be in the same condition as when you received it, with all packaging included.
- Refunds/Credits can be expected in 5-7 days after confirmation of receipt of RA# from our warehouse location nearest you.
